The two courses offered by UW are powered by Trilogy Education Services, a 2U, inc brand.
The classes are streamed live over video conference and are fully interactive. You’ll receive help and support both inside and outside the class from a team dedicated to helping you succeed. The curriculum is based on real-word, market-driven skills, and you’ll learn by instruction and hands-on projects, individually or as part of a team.
The courses are available full time (12 weeks) or part-time (24 weeks). The full-time course is intensive and will require 100% dedication to complete. The part-time course requires fewer hours per week and is structured to allow you to continue working full time while studying.
The current price for both bootcamp tracks is $12,995. While it may seem steep, it’s slightly above average, and definitely not the most expensive we’ve seen. While there are cheaper alternatives, the quality of your instructors may sharply decline.
It’s important to note that this bootcamp is operated by Trilogy, who runs the same bootcamp at other schools and colleges.
There are standard financing options available for the UW bootcamp programs. You can choose to finance the course yourself, sign up for a loan, as well as make use of scholarships if you’re eligible. There’s no income share agreement, however, or partnerships with financing companies such as Skillup.
